I pride myself on building relationships that transform from client to friend.  I have sold 95% of my listings. I have sold new construction, lots, and re-sale of homes, townhomes and condominiums in every price range from $35,000 - Million dollar plus, and has accumulated in excess of 15 Million in sales volume.  I was the #1 Top Producing Agent in the Better Homes Realty Corporation, Northern CA. I started my career off and was determined to be the Rookie of the Year!; Well in 2006, I achieved the honor from Better Home Realty Corporation of "2006 Rookie of the Year, with Sales the highest of any new licensee. 

 Market Knowledge

I am knowledgeable about the schools, transportation, parks, recreation, restaurants, activities and of course shopping. i also maintain good relationships with the various lender so that I am able to be up to date on the latest changes in the market and better able to serve my clients. 

I have sold homes in all kinds of markets; when interest rates were 15%, in buyer's markets" and in "Seller markets", when there has been an oversupply of homes for sale and when there was a shortage of homes for sale and there was very little inventory for sale, and multiple offers were common.  

I have developed methods that have resulted in my buyer's offer being accepted in a field of 15-20 offers.  I know property values.  I am known for preparing homes for sale before they are placed in the MLS, and I am committed to having my listings show their best and to be strategically priced to sell, and net the best possible proceeds for my clients.  
My clients always receive detail current market data.

I became involved in the Hispanic Association Marketing group and later served as the Vice President.I currently sit as a Board of Directors Member for Associated Real Property Brokers (ARPB/Realtist), Served a Moderator for the OBAR(Oakland Berkeley Association of Realtors) resulting in my ability to meet Realtors from all over the Bay Area. I am well respected as a leader and mentor. I am known for my fair, but tough negotiating skills and high ethical standards.  I always work towards providing excellent service; while building relationships and ensuring my clients receive the best possible result.
